Current Affairs Donald Trump POS: Judgement cometh and that right soon

I did not realize it was a tenet of Christianity to claim the moral high-ground and dismiss those who may also claim the religion but be of a different political persuasion. That's just political crap wrapped in the cloak of religion.

FWIW, the Christian right routinely ignores laws that do not comport with their aims.

This is a rant entirely disconnected to anything I've said. But it's a routine, "I may not have faith, but I'm willing to use yours against you" trope, which is a trite and inherently flawed argument.

Good for you for supporting people in the anti-Trump element of the right. Your statement was about the left and so I spun it 180 degrees and, correctly, jabbed the right for exactly the same thing.

If the argument is that the current right will cast off anyone who speaks ill of Trump, while the left will take in any of the castoffs and disingenuously promote them, we're in agreement.

Did you or did you not say that you dismiss moral arguments of the left?

Why would you presume to know whether I have faith or not? That. mate, is flawed argument.

Indeed. As will the current left cast off anyone who speaks ill of (name liberal icon/belief) and the right take in any of the castoffs and disingenuously promote them.

Welcome to partisan politics.

Hence it being a trope. And hence me saying "may." I don't dismiss all moral arguments of the left.

This began, of course, with you attempting to call out my faith in an effort to serve your political agenda.

You tend to dismiss moral arguments of the left. That was your statement. You also said something about being persecuted for owning guns and your religion. I am correctly pointing out your hypocrisy.

Funny thing is, I'm making far less of political statement than I am a religious one.

Please identify where I said I was persecuted. I mentioned attributes in the context of political parties exploiting the natures of the people they represent or oppose. Intellectually dishonesty in the context of trying to point out hypocrisy is an interesting tactic, but I question the effectiveness.

The sheer absurdity of someone acting like a President not going by his campaign promises is some novel and amazing development - I can't even. It's just hilarious. "He shouldn't get a blank check, but he should grant amnesty to 2 million people, and if he doesn't he's a dictator!!!" And I'm brainwashed? You're so emotionally kneejerk that you can't differentiate between someone talking about the political realities of American politics for oh, the last 5 decades, and someone who is blindly loyal to the subject of that conversation.

The fact that people get up every day, regurgitate talking points they don't even understand and then use said talking points to derive intellectual self worth and superiority over people in "Bumfudge, Alabama" is what humors me most about the American left.

1. You whole argument was based around him fulfilling a campaign promise regarding the wall.
2. The vast majority of America overwhelmingly support DACA including the president.
3. My point about Bumfudge, Alabama is Trump could have easily had a rally talking about how he got Dems to bend over and that he got everything he wanted. Bigly winning and all that.
