Current Affairs Donald Trump POS: Judgement cometh and that right soon

So episode 1 was “The unmasking of Flynn”, Episode 2 has been “Carter Page was framed” can’t wait for Episode 3 of this bad trilogy.

If this was being done by someone who actually has some civil liberties concerns like say Justin Amash or Rand Paul I’d at least think there might be sincere issues underpinning the protests but Trump transition team member Nunes is just trying to cook up excuses to de-legitimize/stop the Mueller investigation.

Now if thismis true that would be a genuine reason to fire Rosenstein.

Colour me skeptical that Rosenstein is dumb enough to even suggest such a thing let alone it not getting reported within 24 hours by an administration that is clearly trying to find ways to fire him but guess we’ll see.

Out of interest, what are the benefits of colluding with Russia?

Well when your only domestic policies are

-to protect your business interests
-to crush your domestic enemies
-to stay in power

You need help to make that happen. And sure Murica has plenty of spooks willing to take your money but they are all idiotic, blabbermouth, narsissistic stooges. Not to mention cowards who would sing as soon as a FBI agent knocks on their door. So you go to the best, the Kremlin.

The release of FBI text messages to the media was a violation of an Inspector General rule regarding evidence in an ongoing investigation. DOJ has released the texts only to the House Intelligence Committee. Any texts that have been published by the media that were not part of the original release has probably been leaked by a member of the committee.

If, and I stress "if", Rosenstein did threaten Nunes and the intelligence committee he likely had probable cause.

Personally I don’t believe that leaking wouldn’t make such threats legal but it in any case doesn’t seem very plausible that Rosenstein would say such a thing, even as a joke. The only chatter I can see about this is from a Fox news contributor who hasn’t provided a scintilla of evidence so I’m pretty confident this rests in the “fake news” bucket.
