That made me smile. A guy I worked with about 12 years ago has been involved in a long running dispute with Trump about his house which borders Trump’s golf course. He’s often on tv and radio and last time I heard him on the radio he was calling Trump “ a snake oil salesman, a modern Phileas T Barnum” . Trump’s organisation built a fence at the back of his house and sent him a bill, which he tore up. I was surprised they didn’t make more of this re Mexico getting a bill for “ the wall”.

Agreed. There is only 1 reason to believe that birther crap. There is a much more legitimate question as to whether Ted Cruz can be POTUS that there is of Obama's legitimacy.
I read that he complained they sold the old embassy for $1.2B, then I read the new embassy cost $1B to build. I don't know much about good locations in London, but on the face of it that seems like a good deal to me.

The new one is by Battersea in Nine elms which has become a real hot spot of regeneration in London of late. It used to be all industrial and its quickly becoming a new commercial and residential area.
