Neighbour disputes can be so odd and some normally rational people go off the rails - two of ours had a fight over whose driveway the garbage guys left the trash cans after emptying them. It left one with a restraining order and the other eventually moved due to the tension, but not before reporting the first guy for his out of code deck - cost both of them thousands for something that should have been resolved over a glass of wine!
