Most of whats posted from twitter seems to be relevant though to the subject and ironically is his favorite form of communication. Also a lot of the times has links to solid news articles. I don't see an issue with that.

It seems most media outlets today are using social media more to access a wider audience so it has to be deemed acceptable as long as its tasteful of course, in my opinion. Not that i am a fan of twitter mind as it is generally the voice of the idiot.

But that's my point, it's the voice of an idiot, Trump obviously, but why quote every other nutter........

Most of what gets posted here are not from the nutters though. What i was getting at more and more actual institutions and media outlets are using it seriously to get their articles out there and thats what gets posted here mainly.

The people on here are generally posting the stuff from the legitimate media sources and or well respected revered folk.

Of course there are the stupid stuff trump says gets posted and other politicians say too but that's part in parcel due to the subject matter.

I think it gives a fairly accurate cross section of what people are thinking. If it wasn't for twitter, that pastor would never have opened his mega church, tons of families wouldn't be rescued, proof that CNN aren't the other side of the Britebart coin and that's just the last few days. It has a way of keeping people honest or at least setting them straight. Sure, it can be an echo chamber, depending on how you use it but I could do with all the echoes at the moment. I've also followed some interesting accounts that people have linked here, may not have found them otherwise.
