The crowd size stuff is a bit dumb but it really seems to be getting into Tr7mp’s head. There are other, more effective to voters, attack lines he could be using but instead he prefers to claim it is all fake.
What I find particularly ironic is that altering crowd size pictures is something Trump has actually done!

I’m not sure exactly what the law is but this would be my assumption too, especially as you are explicitly saying you are doing it to avoid the laws .
