the current political race is to the bottom/gutter. There seems to be a form of bloodlust to destroy everything, and the best reason I can see is that..."It doesn't benefit me, so it can go to the wall. I care about me only, once I'm alright Jack, I couldn't care less about anything else". Enter planet grift.
(It's only because I watched it the other night that there's a line in fight club that resonates with me re this subject.)

Maybe this is the great reset, I'm sure when the medicine runs out and there's no doctors in the hospitals that they'll all be very please and can celebrate wildly that they have their country back. Might catch on here.
