Everyone has the right to protest about whatever they want. And if people choose to send out a message that they reject the values of a pu$sy-grabbing, racist president, and want to show solidarity with women and non-white people across the pond then so be it.
educate yourself then...you might actually learn something..what victim claptrap are you on about ??
No mate, I don't really drink. Just get fed up with this victim claptrap.
Actually been here longer than I thought. So should know better.
Been a member since 2008 mate suppose that is newish. Veiled digs? That's all that has been happening in this thread.

Trump: "I moved on her actually. You know she was down on Palm Beach. I moved on her, and I failed. I'll admit it. I did try and [Poor language removed] her, she was married."
Unknown: "That's huge news there."

If you can read that and not understand why women around the world have mobilised today then I suppose there's no hope of getting the message through to you.
Victims? Yeah.....
While I was one of those who were aghast that he actually won the election, I find these mass protests slightly perplexing and to a point worrying. My 2 Cents on these protests, which are unusual, what ever side of the wall you sit.
I think its more dismay that the most wealthy, most powerful, and traditionally, one of the most welcoming countries on the planet has elected such a divisive President.
Crass comments, yes. Go to the fit birds thread mate and see how men talk. Both men and women say thing about the opposite sex when talking to each other in private. It doesn't really mean you disrespect women. Cmon Clint I bet even you have said something crass before.

Whether you like Trump or not, people shouldn't ignore the fact that he was democratically chosen by the electorate through a legitimate process.
As Churchill is meant to have said (well that's actually doubtful as well), "Democracy is the worst form of government, except for all others".
Isn't he a dead rich lid with a fit young wife ?If you think of it as a protest against the ideology the man stands for, and the danger that it becomes normalised across western civilisation, then it may make a bit more sense to you.
It's not a protest at the American democratic system itself.
