Imagine what else it could have been more productively used for.

They also closed her case, and I don't think the timing is coincidental. Her argument is that she was inexperienced and sloppy, which doesn't usually lead to disbarment.
It doesn't surprise me that Colorado insisted on an escape hatch, pending any testimony she may give that might give the lie to her public defense.
This is gonna be a big problem for Trump. If they've granted him immunity then he has to be giving up some of the locations of the bodies.
If this asshat gets full immunity he better take down Trump, Ginni Thomas and her husband.
