Yes, yes she did. She held classified intel on a private server, destroying much of the evidence. However, Comey in his letter to the DoJ says he recommends the DoJ not to prosecute Clinton. What Comey didn't say in his letter was ' no crime was committed'. Comey used his discretion on the issue for non-prosecution.

He said:
"Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information."

Consistent with the behaviour and treatment of Mike Pence, consistent with what will likely be the outcome for Biden. Intention is a key part of the crime.

Now, the people ultimately responsible for these investigations are literally people appointed by Trump himself, how are you reconciling that fact?

You have to say, not recording herself yelling "I'm doing a crime. Look at the crime I'm doing" was a stroke of criminal genius.

I understand where your sense of righteous indignation is coming from but there is no parallel between the Biden document incident and the Trump incident, Biden's own lawyers discovered those documents and immediately made authorities aware and co-operated with the investigation which is ongoing.
Mike Pence the same and was recently cleared.
With Trump the missing documents were so notable the authorities noticed they were missing and requested their return, which Trump ignored even after the subpoena and raid and was recorded discussing the illegality of the situation and also sharing the documents with people without clearance.

14,000 people were arrested during the June 2020 riots and people were charged, obviously its going to be harder to get the standard of evidence required for charges that will lead to convictions in those circumstances, than it is for people invading a secure government building in broad daylight.
Kyle Rittenhouse shot two people in the street during a riot with a gun he had no right to own, it's in the public interest that goes goes to trial.
If Rittenhouse had been black, these people would not be defending him, never in a million years

James Comey, exactly the type of person you'd want investigating Hillary Clinton.

Merrick Garland and Joe Biden were appointed by Trump? Because the decision to prosecute goes no lower than these two.

'In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here.'

James Comey's own words. You do not get much more intentional than setting up your own private email server and using it to send intel documents, no? This was not misplacing a few intel files. Discretion was used by Comey. This discretion unsurprisingly sided for the benefit of Clinton.

Stop telling lies.

TBF, Biden and Pence (unknowingly) did have classified documents whether tens or hundreds is less relevant. The important difference is once they found out they had them, they immediately corrected it by notifying the authorities and returning them.

Thus even though it was illegal to have them, they were not charged due to discretion for their former executive branch positions. Anybody outside the highest levels of the government would have been charged.

As you know, but inexplicably escapes some, this is very different from what Trump did and that difference is why he was indicted.
He was given multiple opportunities over 18 months to do the same as Biden & Pence and would have faced no charges had he.

Instead he lied about having the documents; tried to hide them; tried to have lawyers lie/hide them; showed them to people; left them accessible to the public.

He has not been indicted for having the documents.

Appologies for preaching to the choir

More from Comey in regards to her emails, some of which included classified info, some even labelled Top Secret:

'None of these e-mails should have been on any kind of unclassified system, but their presence is especially concerning because all of these e-mails were housed on unclassified personal servers not even supported by full-time security staff, like those found at Departments and Agencies of the U.S. Government—or even with a commercial service like Gmail.'

Again, Comey used his discretion to advise the DoJ not to prosecute.

In general, we don't prosecute gross stupidity unless it leads to a severe, negative result. The reason for this gets arcane in terms of the law, but it's related to the legal definition of negligence. If no one gets hurt by your stupidity, then by definition you were not negligent. You were just stupid.

Clinton thought everybody understood that you don't send classified material through an unsecured server, and it turned out she was wrong about that a very small fraction of the time. This is different from theft, espionage or obstruction of justice, which the authorities get very testy about. The problem here is that Trump stole, then engaged in behavior that looks suspiciously like obstruction.

Indeed
North Korea had just tested an intercontinental ballistic missile capable of hitting Alaska, and the Trump administration was scrambling to react. But it seems Nikki Haley, Trump’s ambassador to the United Nations, had lost her password for classified communications.

That’s why on that fraught July 4, 2017, she was typing away on her BlackBerry 10 smartphone, sending “confidential” information over a system meant only for unclassified material.
