She could have been. The evidence was strong, but did the Trump administration appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Hillary? No.

The two standards of justice: One where you can riot on the streets for 6 months and cause $2billion worth of damage and were dozens of people died, and one Jan 6 riot or 'insurrection' where nobody died and the government pursues people that weren't even in the Capitol building! The same is true now, Joe Biden has hundreds of boxes of classified information from when he was a Senator and a Vice President - that he shouldn't ever have had - but the government pursues the President! You couldn't make the hypocrisy any more extreme. 2 standards of justice. If the Democrats consider you a benefit, do what you want. If the Democrats consider you a hindrance, throw the full resources of the state into getting them by any means necessary. There are lots of examples if your eyes are open. Consider the treatment of Kyle Rittenhouse as we've also said before.

You didn't answer my question properly, I said you wanted her locked up, not that they failed to lock her up. Big difference and the reasoning for being a hypocrite.

You're wasting your time. If history tells us anything it's that political partisans will condone judicial and violent persecution against their opponents. Name any period in history and you'll find acceptance from the mass of happy clappers for such behaviour. Governments have murdered millions while it's supporters cheered on from the sidelines. Don't expect a reaction other than glee for J6'ers being locked up.

All you need to know about the latest charges against Trump is that the DoJ has discretion. This discretion guarantees it's a political witch-hunt against Trump. Guaranteed 100%.
