Am right in saying that in 48 states convicted felons can’t vote. But if Trump was convicted he can still run for Pres? I assume his charges aren’t felony ones?

Yeah voting laws for felons vary significantly by state. We don’t know what exactly he has been charged with yet, full details on Tuesday.
