There's a very real chance he paid hush money. Recorded it as legal fees and claimed it as a deduction.
There's also a good chance he's done this multiple times.
Bragg held off directing the grand jury 15 months ago, something has come to light to change that.
I'd say it'll be a felony and possibly with jail time. Where it gets even more interesting is if Trump seeks refuge in Florida and DeSantis wont extradite him.
DeSantis only flys refugees to the Vineyard after all.

Likelihood of a hung jury seems high tbh - I thought Edwards was bang to rights on illegally hiding his affair but jury deadlocked on the charge.

DeSantis statement was incredibly weak, not to mention antisemitic. You’d think as a Harvard lawyer he’d have checked the law re extradition but the “tough on crime” “follow the Constitution“ act is only for regular people and immigrants.
