Partly, and also for the fact he doesn't live in the US.
The same way really why I can't comment on BLM movement in the US. I'm white and never faced racism so I'll never understand it truly, compared to people who have been racially abused.
When we had the debate on here last year, the majority of people who said racism wasn't an issue with Police in the US were actually English and white. The genuine people from the States on here said systematic racism and profiling was rife.
I'll listen to the people on the frontline rather than someone thousands of miles away who will be reading a biased report on the issue.
