1.2 million views for his speech tonight, with 109,000 thumbs-up, only 1,800 thumbs-down. Youtube will probably remove the vid:

Compare and contrast with the figures from the official White House channel, where Biden speech videos only get 10-20k views, where the thumbs-down outnumber the thumbs-up by a factor of five.

Trump remains a popular much-loved figure, even on mainstream online platforms like youtube which had previously banned him.

Whereas Biden appears to not attract much love at all, not even from his voters.

It's little wonder the fraud narrative refuses to die down.

Mate, he lost bigly. Get over it.

fun-fact: even in this firmly anti-Trump pro-Democrat subforum, the Trump thread has received twice as many comments since Jan 20 as the Biden thread has. And that even with Trump having no social media presence.

The guy's an attention-phenomenon. He will be studied for decades to come. Biden? No one's arsed.

i'm european and would've voted for Jorgensen.

just observing. it's striking stuff, this american soap opera: feels like Trump is the people's champ and Biden the establishment puppet.

or how else would you explain those youtube-figures?
There are 300 million people in the US alone, plus Youtube is a global thing. Doesn't surprise me that 109k fools liked the video in the slightest. The fact that (relatively) so few disliked the video says to me that it's only the loons that are bothering to watch Trump these days, everyone sensible has moved on from him.

Incidentally Jorgensen got 1.9 million votes in the Presidential election, which sounds like a lot, yet that's only 1.2% of the overall vote. So statistics have to be considered in context.

ok, how would you explain Biden's youtube figures...in context?

I agree that Trump will be studied for decades, but not in a positive way at all. Kind of like how Stalin, Chairman Mao, the Vietnam war etc are still studied today. The Trump thread has so many views and posts because of how much he's despised by the majority on here, the same way the RS thread has so much content compared to most Everton threads. It doesn't mean that Trump/RS are popular at all.

A record 81 million people voted for Biden so your last point doesn't stand I'm afraid.

Well I did see that Biden's recent speech to Congress had 26.9 million views overall, you can't only use Youtube figures to gauge how popular something is. Justin Bieber holds the record for the most Youtube views I believe yet few people would claim he's more popular globally than The Beatles/Elvis/Michael Jackson.

Trump gained over 13m votes, which itself is a record achievement for a sitting President.

Comparing him to Stalin or Mao...who are chiefly remembered for their revolutionary coup, decades-long dictatorial reign and response to millions of starvation deaths. Lest we forget: Trump didn't gain power in a coup, he relinquished power after losing and he is as responsible for Corona deaths as Angela Merkel or Boris Johnson are.

Biden gets 81m votes, yet his official video channel only pulls in a handful of viewers, with the majority disliking the content and the comments being deactivated due to too much criticism.

Maybe it's Biden who'll be compared to Stalin or Mao.
