I'm not sure the impeachment thing is worth it at the present time. Far better to concentrate on preparing the new regime and then, once in place, turn the guns on Trump (not literally).

Another aspect about impeachment that Representative Adam Shift was discussing on NPR this afternoon was that if the House moves quickly to pass Articles of Impeachment and Mitch Mcconnell and Senate Republicans object then they would bear the responsibility for exposing the country to whatever Trump does from now to inauguration.

I do hope the House moves swiftly and put Senate Republicans in this position where they either stand for our democracy or stand for their nefarious President.

This was just so odd to begin with. Trump is handing pardons and awards like Oprah with cars at this point.
