I wonder what the T&Cs are on your bets if you are still holding them if it goes to the courts. Do you know when you get yours settled? What's the criteria?
A lot of the markets are "Next President", so potentially if he wins in the SC, that's the outcome. @Moomin for yours it wouldn't matter and for mine because I closed out it doesn't matter either.

Good question. I would imagine it will be whoever is voted in at EC, so I don't imagine anyone is paying out anytime soon. I suspect they wait until next month, when the EC members vote for the president. I doubt this woud usually bother bookies, but it's been a very odd and contentious election, so in this instance they will ignore any early proclamations. Technically nobody wins tonight anyone, they win when nominated next month.
In general it's not a massive problem for me, as I have backed both sides. What would be an enormous problem is if one of them were to die. I am potentially considering squaring off a bit on Harris (I haven't looked at her odds but she must be 500-1 ish). I can see the bookies getting really funny if something odd like that happens, and given Biden is 78, that's certainly a risk!

It's been absolutely fascinating listening to Trump supporters here in the UK, literally have melt down on the radio phone ins.
They really believe even our very own UK media is out to deconstruct Trump. Which makes no sense at all because the reporting of Trump is an absolute gold mine, the man really is news gift, who has happily played the pantomime villian for self gain.
A return to stoic news would not go amiss and would manage these populists much better.
