Youd have been a very brave man to have taken Biden half way through the night though, when it looked like a repeat of 2016 all over.

In fairness if you knew people at the counts, and knew they would be counting places like Philadelphia and Detroit last, you could have made a fair whack on Michigan and potentially PA. Youd really have had to have that insider knowledge though.
 
When this is all over, if it ever is thanks to Trump, then I hope Biden makes him accountable for all that's gone on, as Trump seems nothing short of being a dictator and a thug, who seems hell bent on destroying any semblance of democracy in the American nation. He is a disgusting human being and a horrible role model, not just for a politician but as a person whose habits, manners, lies and lack of self awareness is a national disgrace.
The American Republican party needs to have a long hard look at itself and Trump needs to learn to lose with a little grace, lol and like a man.

Something quite fun happened today too. A little bit of money for Harris - I think mainly people speculating that an extended legal battle and subsequent delay could mean that Biden's age might come into it lol

Been great this, really enjoyed it. It's one of those ones really - I'm overwhelmingly pro-choice and anti-gun, so I'd only vote one way if I was actually American, so for the rest of the time it's been great to just make some money on two cycles in a row. It helps that the money in the markets is so massive (now over £0.5bn on betfair in the outright win alone)

I haven't taken the Harris bet, but given how unstable it is, it's a great bet for a tenner. So too is Pelosi, who if bo consensus is found, and they run out of time she gets it.

I saw some Trump supporter giving it the biggun online he was backing Trump as its 50/50 with his supporters retweeting it all over the shop. Its moments like that that crystallise to you who ends up taking the other side of often hopeless bets!

It's been a fascinating election though. I was too young to remember 2004 properly, so it's been eventful.

If you really knew American elections, how they work etc, when votes are counted, etc, you could have made an absolute tonne on the volatility.

They really believe even our very own UK media is out to deconstruct Trump. Which makes no sense at all because the reporting of Trump is an absolute gold mine, the man really is news gift, who has happily played the pantomime villian for self gain.

A return to stoic news would not go amiss and would manage these populists much better.

Not meaning to denigrate at all but.....why on earth would there be ANY Trump supporters in England?? That's like us caring about John Howard in Austrralia....
