That HBO interview saddens me tbh, as the man is quite clearly a cretin and unfit for holding any position of responsibility, let alone one of leading the most powerful nation in the world, and yet not only did he defeat the more sensible members of the Republican party (and subsequently drag it into the lunatic fringe), but he defeated the candidate whose main selling point was she wasn't an imbecile. That's quite depressing, both in terms of the state of America, the state of 'normal' politicians, and the state of the educational, scientific, and commercial establishment more generally who have allowed an environment to ferment that permits such a man to hold such a position. He should be a reality show freak, not the [Poor language removed] president.

And I'd suggest the forum supporters' forum rule... we don't mention/tag/talk about folks that can't read/post in this forum.

Mate, hes been mental for years but a shed load of money tends to downgrade 'mental' to merely 'eccentric'

I've said it twice now, so third time lucky...The burden of proof bar must be set extremely high that they haven't quietly led him off the podium under the 'seriously away with the fairies' amendment to some section of the constitution
