I think many would be delighted if he was 'removed from office' in that way. I see the Democrats, or at least a large portion of them, as having shifted towards a remove-at-all-costs attitude. I think there would be parties across the USA if it happened, sad to say.
I am not arsed if he stays or goes as he's got nothing to do with me. It's just the way I see it. He's entertained me for a good while for free, and I am thankful for that.

Apart from the people in this forum, have you ever even spoke to the sort of people who are lefties in the US? or engaged any of them in debate? If you had you would see how silly you sound making out that they are open to condoning violence.
As for the violence thing, if anything the majority of hate, anger and specifically violence in the last two years has come from the far right supporters of Trump.

Yes.
In contrast, as a candidate Cheeto boasted he could murder someone in cold blood in the middle of one of the busiest areas of New York (meaning in the most public of manners) and would not lose a single supporter. Sadly, for the most part, he's probably correct.

Given that the slogan the party came up with when Clinton ran and when the Democrats run for office in general the slogan is when they go low we go high it kind of makes sense that they won't stoop to their levels even when they should (as in the personal attacks during the campaign or calling them out and not condoning murder and violence)
Since i moved to this country the one thing i have learned about many lefties is that they are simply not that nasty when it comes to politics. Like i said above they have always ran on being superior with their slogans and composure and not generally getting dirty like their counterparts on the right which has always bothered me. I am not saying they should call them pedos or murderers or condone violence on them but little white lies can help if they stick.
So seeing any lefty celebrate this pr*ck* death would surprise me. I doubt we would give them the satisfaction. Now that's not to say that a minority of people would. That's human nature.
This new rhetoric that the left are violent is a clever ploy by the right considering how some of their candidates have acted in recent times including the man in charge. It's easier to call the opponent evil than it is to accept the one you have hooked your wagon too is.
