That is incredibly different from a national election that determines who becomes President and who fades away into obscurity. It's easy to say you don't accept the popular vote when you've just been made Pres. People acting like he'd lock himself in the Oval Office and refuse to leave makes me chuckle.

Incidentally I'm NEA, if there was a good candidate either republican or democrat I'd be all for them getting the job.

He could certainly say it, but he'd leave office and his words would mean absolutely nothing. His supporters wouldn't go round killing people because of it and life would, imo, very quickly get back to normal.

The problem is there is a huge minority of people that already believes what he's spewing. And nothing will change their minds. So whether Trump's leading them or not, someone will fill that void.
