Current Affairs Donald Trump POS: Judgement cometh and that right soon

The midterm elections say it's gonna be close. There was a massive swing by motivated democratic voters.

I mean he won by the narrowest margin in 2016.

My biggest concern for 2020 is if Trump loses, there will not be a peaceful transition of power. He won't accept the result.
You mean like you and all the others still haven’t the last election? ;)

Everyone has accepted his win and that he is President.

Peoples issue is not with the legitimacy of his win but with the way he acts and treats the office of the President of the United States.

Once elected he is suppose to represent the entire country and not just his MAGA fans.

By the way he talks and acts and by the way he treats people it's easy for people to see through him and not like the job he is doing.

Just watched that When They See Us on Netflix. Big Don comes out looking like a complete nobhead as usual it has to be said.

I feel that the USA (like the UK) has an outdated election system. DT lost the popular vote by around 3M votes didn't he. Then the electoral college weighed in and gave the result to him.
For the 21st century the French system on the face of it does seem fairer. Then of course it does throw up a couple of generally disliked politicians like LePen and Macron for the elctorate to choose between.

Do you even recognise just how petty you are being......
come on Pete, he's not being petty, he's correcting you.
Just like over in the EU thread when you were corrected about the fella in the Brexit t-shirt at Glastonbury.
The best thing here is to take a lesson from the kid in the orthopedic shoes and stand corrected!

yea, the system is completely outdated. It actually made a bit of sense back in the day but now, given how connected we all are, it makes no sense for Wyoming (pop 600,000) to have the same representation in the senate as California (40 million).
Maine has adopted ranked choice voting but it's a struggle to get that adopted in other states as neither the GOP or Dems want it as it would allow better access for third party candidates.
