Not at that meeting she wasn't. She actually spoke at another meeting about womens empowerment. In fact she spoke along side Lagarde and queen maxima in that meeting.
This meeting was solely the members and Trump decided to bring her in. He invited her in because as a leader he has control over who he wants by his side obviously.
