You forgot to add hypocritical - Barr is perfectly fine with “spying” (or as he would probably call it in this case surveillance) when it is your average person who is being monitored.

What i meant was those conservatives who don't like him because of this sort of stuff. There are a lot of them out there. Those who wont support his presidency.
I would say there are those who didn't vote clinton norr him and who could be swayed. Given both candidate's were unpopular. Votes for the independents were up in the last election.
