People who say Putin wanted Trump into office are idiots. He'd be Putins last pick actually. Who was it who has let Russia do what ever they wanted...Crimea, Syria, planes flying over aircraft carriers...it's the Democrats who have stood and watched with their hands in their pockets while Russia has bulldozed their way to the centre of the political spectrum.

This Obamas last discrediting campaign is amazing yet expected. Theyre pushing new mainstream news narrative and I admit this is serious. Lets see if Trump camp can block it. If nothing less Obama will have succeed ed in one thing...in dividing the country.

I hate to lol at someone else's argument but you've just come very close to me doing just that.

Leaving aside your claim that Obama is trying to divide the nation when Trump has been doing this seriously for 18 months, and continues to do so with his quite frankly ridiculous picks to key positions and general bizarre behaviour against free speech - it is clear for all to see that Russia influenced the election, they are now seeking to doing the same in European elections. I am simply astonished that you cannot see this.

But you continue to defend your true masters. It's funny.

I don't know the answer but haven't seen any real evidence yet and suspect that disinformation is often spread by the US/CIA (or the UK and it's media for that matter).

It's getting so you have to read everything with a discriminating or questioning attitude asking yourself"is this really true?" "is this the while truth" "could there be another side to this" etc.

youre absolutely right. media is in turmoil. Mainstream media is waging a war against alternative media with current establishments backing. it's basically censorship. all this pressuring that twitter, facebook and google are getting is deliperate and obressive. it's like north korea. liberals just cant see it, theyre too close. but like i said youre right, peeps - like me - are arguing and shakking commas and dots because every news no matter what the source is discredited and downplayed by opposite end.

Frankly in terms of the media coverage of Russia and it's supposed aggressive intents (and harmful role in Syria) it's hard to know what to believe because the media are so one sided.

I am fairly liberal myself (even though I am a Brexit supporting one who hates needless political correctness) but I have to say the standard of the liberal media including The Guardian has really declined since it's heyday when it could be relied on to provide a fairly accurate counter to the excesses of the Thatcher/Reagan years. Now it just seems an establishment paper positioned at the soft left end of the global hedgemony
 
The same Russian interference story is happening with regard to them trying to get Merkel out of office. Personally I think it's just doublespeak to get more people on her side....
