Come on mate it wouldn’t would it because it’s ridiculous, the same reason I don’t want an Everton picture of a manager holding a flag and the first XI warriors following him into battle like the RS pay £100 for . People sometimes are completely different , I might have a signed shirt on my wall but I don’t want Howard Kendall legend that he’ll always be drawn on a canvas looking down from the clouds .

It’s like watching Kanye I don’t want to give him stick , I might be tempted to about meeting the Ugandan leader , but I don’t want to see anyone behaving like he did on any side . the bloke doesn’t look well and that gives me no pleasure .

I disagree. Trump's two major legislative accomplishments--the tax cut and Kavanaugh--were achieved not in spite of the system as you say, but due to Trump's own party controlling both houses (and changing the rules for SC judge appointments). I would suggest that stronger presidents are those who can achieve things despite not have their own party control one or both houses. Trump has the system on his side in the form of a Republican-controlled house and senate.
Ted Cruz or Jeb Bush would have also got a tax cut and Kav through, also likely a healthcare bill as would have worked more to ease Collins/Murkowski concerns and not had a feud with McCain.

They also would not be calling their ex lovers horseface on twitter but at this point Trump demeaning women seems like a feature not a bug for a lot of Trump supporters.

The 4 leading candidates to challenge Trump in 2020 are currently:

Biden leading with 33% (he will be 78 years old in Autumn 2020)
Bernie Sanders at 13% (79 years old)
Kamala Harris with 9%
Elizabeth Warren at 8%. (71 years old and already effectively counted out for naively taking the Pocahontas bait)

So let's hope Kamala Harris is the one, or someone else comes to the fore after the mid-terms. All I'm sure is if the focus continues to be on Trump instead of a good Dem candidate then this thread will continue to be very busy for many years to come.

Warren would not stand a chance and would be a bad candidate--strategically--to put against any Republican (even though she is certainly qualified to be president). Cory Booker would be good.

Honestly hope for more Dem-candidate debate after the mid-terms. I fear the world is too addicted to Trump-watching and he'll end up hanging around for ages, like Celebrity Big Brother & Strictly Jungle or whatever it's called...churning out endless content because the people can't get enough.
