So this morning he's laid out an agenda with Putin that didn't once mention election interference or the 12 recently indicted Russian operatives.
He's told the Finnish leader that he "enjoyed speaking with him at the NATO summit last week" (Finland aren't in NATO)...

We haven't even had mid terms yet never mind see what opposition he faces in the general. There'll be a huge field for the dem primaries.
If republicans do poorly in the midterms he may even be primaried by his own party.
And that's without any Mueller results.

Right now,at this moment in time, who is/are the serious, credible Democrats to run against Trump and/or who is/are the credible alternative Republicans to challenge him ?
Genuine question, not trying to be a smart alec, I'm genuinely interested to learn who is being lined up to and will likely offer a serious challenge to Trump ?
I'm not sure who's going to make a challenge. Off the top of my head, from the senate I'd say Harris, Booker, Warren, Murphy, Brown.
From the house, someone like Seth Moulton or Tulsi Gabbard
Governors, Edwards
Mayors, De Blassio.
There'll be people like Howard Schults running too but I'd say there'll be an appetite to let a politician be Potus again after this mess.
With the exception of Warren and Gabbard, who are too far left, Any of those names could unite moderate Dems, progressives and independents.
I think Moulton is a great outside bet. His veterans group Serve America is doing very well and he'd appeal across the board from moderate republicans to progressive democrats.
That's all off the top of my head. The left are energized, voter turnout will be up, black, immigrant and minorities will be energized. Civil groups will be energized.
Trump faces a huge task to get re-elected. All that said, I never thought he'd win in the first place so who knows.
On the republican side, if the mid terms are a disaster, all it will take is for McCain to endorse someone with the balls to break rank and the house of cards will fall.
Putin wants us to give him the keys to the front door so he doesn’t have to bother picking the lock for the mid-terms.
Simply gobsmacking
There is not a Republican alive who would not be foaming at the mouth screaming treason if this was a Democratic POTUS. And they would be correct.
