Literally EVERYONE calls him out on it.
His approval numbers have been consistently historically low, but there’s a portion of the country who (for a variety of reasons) have decided that there is nothing that Trump can do or say that will make them stop backing him.
Agreed. It is not about policy, decency, or competence. It is about the fact that the majority of Trump supporters love to see progressives/liberals/democrats be upset by Trump. Trump's policies, comments, and speeches are full of hate, lies, divisiveness, and morally indefensive content, but so long as it "pisses off the libtards" they are fine with it. This is a fairly typical conservative stance these days: let's go to church on Sundays and spout out all these empty Jesus-filled platitudes about do unto others, about being a good Christian, blah blah blah, but every other day of the week, let's be sure to support Trump's racist, xenophobic, authoritarian policies even if they completely stomp on American values, norms, and policies, and even if they are completely antithetical to what being a good Christian is all about.

Obviously someone will run against him. Midterms come first, then the Dem candidates will start making their moves.
There’ll be an army of people from every walk of life (except maybe christian fundamentalists) running against him. He may even get primaries by his own party depending on the midterms.
As soon as the Evangelists have got the 5/4 in the supreme court Trumps days are numbered. They won't continue to over look his adultery and so on.

If he wins again, which is conceivable, they'll canonise him, like with Reagan, and start braying to have his melting face installed on the currency.

Not really. There are a large (albeit artificially prominent given that the media focuses on them to the exclusion of everyone else) group of his supporters that act like that, but they are not the majority and they are not the reason why he won.
Most of the people who voted for him did so because they have actually been screwed over these past forty years; jobs have gone, opportunities for self-improvement have gone, life expectancy has begun to drop. The Democratic leadership either have to recognize that or, more likely, they have to be replaced by people who do (like Ocasio-Cortez).
Exactly. Sure didn't a few of their mouthpieces already say they didn't care about it and went as far as defending it saying it was a private matter blah blah blah.... and that he still stood for them etc....

True, they all know he is dumb so its easy to use him. Even with his constant change of mind and erratic behavior (they choose to ignore) they can convince him to do their bidding. He really doesn't have his own ideologies he follows the people who fawn him and show love. It's why he still rallies even though he won already. He laps up the support.
The same goes for the Republican party overall. They will support him as long as they have control of everything.
