The fact that Obama's citizenship was such a contentious battle is what disheartens me about my fellow Americans.

There are literally millions of people in this country that still question his citizenship.

The sad thing is they love this country as much as I do...but for so very different reasons.

hopefully this whole thing wakes everyone up and we have better choices next time....sadly seems a dream at this point

And the Democrats made a hugely strategic mistake by promulgating Clinton as their candidate. The Clinton name is a lightening-rod. Why not just put up a safer candidate, someone who is "neutrally" likeable and doesn't have the baggage of the Clinton name. And to be sure, having a woman as a nominee--as much as I hate to say it--also wasn't smart...still too much sexism out there. And so the multiplicative interaction term of Clinton x Woman = strategic disaster.

thats exactly how i see it. huge mistakes made by the democrats. should of cakewalked it against trump.
