At least her own party seem to support her, unlike the Republicans and Trump.

That's because the Republican Party isn't his party just the one he took over.

The old Republican party is dead. It will be replaced in future elections by an anti-globalist, Capitalist, Nationalist party formed from the movement that Trump has found himself leading by chance which is a combination of Tea Party and blue collar workers.

Trump won't win but he will have changed US politics for ever because he will have allowed the people to take control of one of their political parties. Something practically impossible under the rules of the uni-party system. Unfortunately probably too late to stop the slide into socialism and economic decline.

Ironically even though it's not mentioned the democratic party has equally been destroyed by this election. The cat is out of the bad and their supporters see how unjust it is and will demand better representation for their ideals which given their supporters means a hard shift to socialism.

America as the land of the free and the world's remaining super power and policeman is probably coming to an end. What we are witnessing is the death of the American Empire and probably Pax Americana along with it..

It's actually unbelievable in a way to see America the so called champion of free elections and democracy devolve into nothing more than a dictatorship of the powerful.

Wave after wave of devastating attacks with only more to come.

His campaign cannot survive this.

He will drag this in to the gutter as much as possible now, in order to retain a base from which he can make money after the conclusion of the campaign.

Actually I think it's a scorched earth strategy. He knows he can't win more votes so he's attempting to take as many away from Hillary knowing that the people who support him do so no matter what.

He's hoping it comes down to to who has the larger base as everyone in the middle just becomes so turned of by both. If that happens he still has a chance and Hillary has to survive another few weeks of wikileaks.

I would suggest anybody focused on just "their" side of this farce in particular, and the ongoing farce that is much of western world politics, is an incredulous dolt.

There's so much wrong on both sides and in the overall system and that deserves much more focus than this dumb he said/she said debate that takes over every election.

The right thought with the collapse of communism they won but the left just regrouped and went underground knowing they couldn't win the ideological debate so they focused on language policing and moving in immigrants who would vote for their policies because they don't know no better.

The whole system is screwed because the right have finally woke up to what is going on and both are playing for keeps.

The same thing is happening to the US which is why it is becoming increasingly impossible for a conservative to get elected.

ermm..the republican party control the senate, they have some of the most conservative politicians going..they had no problem getting elected

That's just not true. Globalisation is to blame but simply stating things will be alright in a bit is just wrong.

What will happen is our standard of living will drop down to the level of the developing world and only when we are competitive will it begin to rise along with everyone else.

This process of managed decline is being managed by the FED by keeping interest rates low and QE. Our wages aren't rising and therefore inflation is causing them to drop in real terms which is bringing us to their level. The FED and central banks are making up the shortfall in tax receipts with free and cheap money.

Either the dollar will collapse and then the decline will be unmanaged or it will simply happen over generations until the West is no different a place than everywhere else in the world in terms of healthcare, wages, living standards and more than likely basic freedoms and social mobility.
