Unfortunately don’t think Beto does the No9 role Moyes wants.Beto only really started games after DCL pulled up in the Brighton game, and the first chance Moyes got he put Broja into the team. I`d like to see how Beto would do over a full season starting up front. He can find the net, works really well with Alcarez, stays fit.
Scored a couple of headers from crosses so it’s in his locker but to me he’s looked far more dangerous with balls played in behind / through the lines to run onto, and that’s not Moyes Plan A.
Don’t think he can hold the ball up the way I think Moyes wants to play.
