The reality is even if he does play, how actual match fit will he be, or sharp enough to make any useful impact...
Just his presence will give the Squad/Fanbase a lift !!

It will also finally force the opposition to have to prepare for more then one game-plan.

( He doesn't need to cover the pitch he only needs to cover the 18yrd box )
That's what I'd be telling him now anyway.

Dom you got one job, PUT IT IN THE NET !!!!

What if it's a mental thing?
That is the first thought you would expect, when things like this are kept out of the public eye.
but given the time length of it all, it would make no sense at all to bring him back in to the squad now if it was that serious.

Mental Health is more Important then football, especially when walking back into a Relegation dogfight !!!

If he can have an impact in a few games this season, that can only be a good thing.

Dyche has got us playing a system that wouldn’t suit him, but having the option to change our system to get a result (rather than having to pick a system based on the players available) will be a bonus.

Maybe he only plays that system, because we have no recognised striker worth the name available to play.
