I agree with Nev, he is a quality striker when fit, and would cost a lot of money to replace
Except Nev didn't say he was quality, he said potentially world class. Huge, huge difference there for me. (World class strikers get you 25-30 goals a year season in season out, not 60 in 7 seasons).
When fit, there are certainly very good elements to his game as we had seen in the last few weeks, but he's not a goal scoring No9. That's really what we need and will cost a pretty penny. Replacing a good-but-limited forward who wasn't even available to us for half the season really shouldn't be that big a task.
