How dare anyone try and take a pen away from him. He has had to look at players from other clubs overtake his impressive open play goals tally by the likes of kane and Bruno etc getting 50 pens. I would deck anyone trying to take the ball away from me giving them circumstances.

He’s also had to watch some of his own useless team mates pad their stats out with pens to hoodwink people into thinking they’re actually a goal threat for the past 3 years.

Good to see him on pens. Don't think he's necessarily the best taker of them and he'll miss the odd one, but you want your lead striker scoring whatever goals they can.

He's one of our best strikers of the Premier League era - in terms of overall game, quite possibly the best. Which is a compliment but also a damning indictment on the ones we've had over the years!

Helps to develop that habit of scoring every game, even when he doesn't particularly get opportunities from open play.

Yeah I may be completely wrong as I say. I'm not saying he's not the best we have, just that I'm not 100% sure of it. Either way, he should be on them.

Genuinely thwacks them in without even appearing to have a lick of nerves on his face too, absolutely love seeing him take a pen. Reminds me of the way Shearer took them and Unsworth.
