If Hendo-la hadn't took that one off him in the friendly Dom would have slotted. Southgate might have actually used him in the Euros and he would have been down for a pen.
Basically, Henderson in that friendly cost us the Euros. He got subbed off in the final as he wasn't going to take a pen. Imagine taking a pen off a striker in a friendly knowing that you won't have the balls to take one of the five when they actually mean something.
