Just compare to what we had at the end of last season to now. Maybe it's a reality check the last game but at least we feel disappointed rather than just shrugging about another lacklustre performance.

No, we deserve to be high up the table. Since carlo has come in, we have won the 4th highest amount of points, and a lot of that was with last seasons midfield and an abysmal post lockdown run.

Might not always set the world alight but grinding out results is just as key. One really poor performance this season and I expect them to come out with a point to prove this weekend.

This isn't true. On paper we're probably somewhere between the 5th and 9th best side. That doesn't mean we automatically finish 9th.

But still not enough depth. Sunday is what happens when a Richarlison, DCL, James, Allan or Doucoure miss time. Also the defense isn't good enough imo.

Don't worry, it'll be over by Sunday afternoon. Was lovely while it lasted but our chronic lack of even basic depth combined with the density of two of our top players and the testicular delicacy of our galactico has conspired to burst what was a delightfully surreal bubble. Oh well. Hello mid-table, I've missed you. When does James put in his transfer request? Domestos on the rocks, it is.
