Yeah, on his hip. He was doing light training in the summer and even went to Switzerland with the squad. He was then in one or two of the training videos when they returned back to FF.. but then hasn't been featured since. If he's not even on the grass anymore then seems like a pretty significant setback.. but then we know precisely nothing about the nature of it or even a rough estimate on when he's 'back'.

No it doesn’t. It goes up to 20m on appearances. The other 20 is on achievements/success.
