The act has implications like all law, even if it is not explicitly stated which it is all over the actual act on parliament. The main provision of the act is supply, doesn’t mean it doesn’t cover other things as stated.

Dele had illegal drugs fact. You can debate the ins and outs of how illegal, the fact remains.

No point debating ideologically minded people who refuse to believe evidence.
While I doubt Dele's lawyers peruse GOT frequently I think you should knock this on the head, it's not even remotely a fact that Dele had illegal drugs.

Even the Mail's gotcha on him states it wasn't illegal. A defamation lawyer would makes absolute mincemeat of you.

Whatever what you twist it the implications of the act are clear.
People put a lot of effort into crafting legislation to make it clear
They don't just stop at a certain point and say 'ah they'll figure the rest out'

Supply has been treated differently to possession under law for a long time because there is a huge difference between acting out of addiction and acting out of callous disregard for other peoples' health for monetary gain. Based on your vilification of Dele despite his issues I am not suprised you don't get this

Key is psychoactive purposes, and if the drug wasn’t all that bad why is it getting moved to class C 👋🏻
Nice edit there but it doesn't support your argument
It doesn't matter what will happen in the future, or the reasons for it, it is not illegal now.

Law does have implied terms it is an illegal drug. Arguing over how illegal for a soon to be class C is amusing. Any defence for him.

A clear implication is any use of the drug for psychoactive purposes is illegal.

Nope, he didn’t.

In the law you have highlighted is about a person who is exporting it with intent to consume it.

It is not relevant to someone who has bought it or possessed it and it does not imply that or expressly say that.

Ins and outs of how illegal? It is or it isn’t. And it isn’t.

Balloons are illegal mate, one day they contain nos, the next day they’re full of coke up a young lads bum.
Please don’t joke about serious issues in the gateway drug and government legislation discussion thread

Can't wait for the next time I get dragged to a gender review "pop" "Hi is that Old Bill? I'd like to report a wrong doing"

To be fair I'd happily see SWAT turn up and hose the whole place down at one of them. Nobody absolutely nobody cares. It's not even human until it's about 6 and these days who knows if it's even human anyway

I think I mentioned this the other day but you do realise we can all see your profile picture. You've had more Gary's than Katie Price.

Don’t believe everything you see online, obviously not me, it’s a light hearted jab at football fans.

I have read the act. The drug is illegal the context of when and where it is illegal is debatable. Like any act / law. Otherwise courts wouldn’t exist.

For example possession v possession to get high. I have read the act myself and questioned multiple AI and it is clear psychoactive use and possession for psychoactive use would be covered under the act.

Setup a go fund me hire a solicitor as well if you want 🤣

We are never going to agree.

The fact remains Dele was in the wrong and had illegal drugs, that government are criminalising this drug further due to the anti social behaviour and risk to health associated with it. That cannot be disputed.

Done this topic to death. 🥱

Impliedddddddd 🤣

If it is illegal to sell someone must have bought so illegal to possess is it really that hard 🤦🏻‍♂️

Maybe you should try telling Suella Braverman (one of the top ranking MPs in the country who is in charge of the legislation), as well as all her political and legal advisors, the other MPs who contribute to the legislation and the PM who oversees it all, that they all have it wrong and it is already illegal.

Also the the government's crime and policing minister Chris Philp who stated:
"Not only are we making possession an offence for the first time….”

think you need to leave it now. You look foolish and just look like you have a vendetta against Dele, for whatever reason that is.

Shut up you balloon.
Sorry, who are you??

I wouldn't have thought it was, no, but you are ably disproving that theory.

Legal practitioners have been advised to not rely on AI
You've tried to vilify Dele using a flawed argument and have done nothing but double down when shown to be wrong
You just waste your own and other peoples' time 👏
