I know he only had 10 minutes but he was a bit anonymous, he never really made himself available for a pass. He kinda hid where he wasn't likely to get a pass, I think he'd been on 5 minutes before he got a touch.

Had a bad case of gash. Not sure if he's recovered.

In a season full of absolute gash, his behaviour and character, like Niasse before him, has been a positive. He hasn't moaned or mouthed off to the media, got his head down in training, said he wants to fight for his place, he needs credit for that.
Imho he's been scapegoated this season when the options available are a dozen at least.

His confidence is obviously shot to bits. Personally I think he'll be great for us when we get players who are as aware as he is.

He definitely gets a lot of credit for the way he has conducted himself this season.

Hopefully he gets more game time to the end of the season and he comes back strong next season.

My worry is that his role requires him to grab hold of games and control them and he just doesn't look like he has the type of character necessary for that.

Delighted if he proves me wrong though.

I sit half way up main stand at halfway line, he was constantly making space and asking for the ball. we had shut the game down by then. I think we need to see more of him before judging those 10 mins as I think he did ok
