Or not moved further at all, either of those.Ah come on Joe. Yes Koeman and Walsh put this squad together but that's a side that managed two shots on goal yesterday. He has palpably made things worse.
Both are not good though, for obvious reasons.

That and the fact we lack ANY organisation whatsoever in defense, which is appalling, as he's an ex defender FFS!He's probably got a template of what he wants but the players have got to buy into it and execute his philosophy. They clearly don't and haven't. My biggest criticism of him though is not trying to play a settled team just to attempt some continuity. This constant changing isn't helping and he should have nameda side for Atlanta with the idea of it been preparation for Southampton. Not treat it as a dead rubber.

Koeman got this squad together we could not get a shot on target - short memory?
Genuine question this - because I honestly cannot answer it because I have watched some of the games and genuinely struggled to see players keeping the formation half the time they dont know where they should be playing.
Have we played the same formation with Unsy in charge?
He is just not equipped to manage this squad, or potentially at this level currently.
You cant really organise a bunch of fat old overweight chimpsThat and the fact we lack ANY organisation whatsoever in defense, which is appalling, as he's an ex defender FFS!
The resukts and performances have been the same mate so yeah he's probably been playing the Koeman way lol
tbh it just looks like a free for all on the pitch so there's no way we can tell what they are supposed to be doing.
Yesterday Gylfi moved into the middle first half last 5/10 minutes and scores that beauty. 2nd half starts and for the first 10 minutes he was back out on the left with Kev up top again.
Genuinely I have watched the players and they dont have a clue sometimes what formation, I am honestly absolute BAFFLED why Kev started where Gylfi should have been playing.
Its like he doesn't know what he is doing
Unsworth has been a credit to Everton with everything he's done as a player and how he's handled interviews etc as manager.
Managing the side he's been an absolute disaster and for me equally as inept as Koeman since he took over. Making many of the infuriating mistakes our former manager made, sending us further in to trouble. Don't want to see him managing another game to be honest and only has himself to blame for making obvious and unnecessary mistakes.
Maybe he is not up to the job that's the boards decision if he fails then have a new manager in place FIVE WEEKS of a wait - announcements via Jim White - not good enough!Joey, it’s this kind of sentimental thinking that has ruined this club and will continue to ruin it.
Did you see the photo of that backline that got posted, he’s not good enough, his selections show it and his tactics show it. The “oh he did wonders with u23” bollocks or the “he’s a blue” speak needs to stop.
He’s massively out of his depth and he’s instilled nothing into that team expect an ever weaker mentality
I have to agree. I appreciate Koeman left him with a very unbalanced team and he was the logical choice to take over whilst the club found a new manager but our performances have gotten so much worse and I didn’t think that was possible. We're being played off the park by the likes of Palace and Southampton, He’s picking the same dross like Mirallas who consistently show they aren’t good enough, Can't retain possession, can't defend, no attacking threat, no control in midfield, players running around like headless chicken out of position chasing shadows.... Yes the quality of some of the players we have are poor (although on paper our squad should be much better than they're showing) but the setup is making it worse. I do feel for Unsworth, he's been left in this position for far too long by the club to the point he is now part of the problem. We're going into our 6th week without a proper manager and there’s been no official statement from the club or sign that is going to change any time soon. The poor guy is the only one facing the media and answering questions week in week out - that's how the board have repaid him for his services to the club – thrown him to the wolves. His rep from the Under 23's would have got him a decent League 1/maybe Championship level club but not now.Seriously what club in the country would give him a managers job after his performances??
Thats two shots more than Koeman was achieving - thats why he was sacked, and walsh should have been sacked with him wasting all that cash we were the 5th highest spenders in the prem- to become relegation contenders?Ah come on Joe. Yes Koeman and Walsh put this squad together but that's a side that managed two shots on goal yesterday. He has palpably made things worse.
