I'd like to see Unsy given the job until at least Christmas.

I believe there is a more than a decent squad there, and anyone outside of the current set up is going to need time to work with them, where he can just go in straight away and get them playing again.

I remember the first penalty he took for us against Leeds in Royles 3rd game in charge. Everyone thought he was going to break the net with it and instead he just calmly rolls it in like a dude.
