This is the big league now for David, he is fighting for his future. When he took temporary charge last time he knew he was not a contender, this time he is and must make the most of it.

Putting untried youngsters into the team will not be the way forward for him. It will be fascinating to see where it leaves Sigurrdsson and Rooney.

Yes without doubt, we already have a lot of young players in the first team squad. Kenny, DCL, Lookman, Holgate, Davies and Vlasic. There is no need to select more and the balance is probably too young currently.

The only young lad I see getting a run is Kenny. Wouldn't surprise me if he gets a few games at right back until Coleman is fit.

That's right mate, Unsworth is inheriting a side with Leo Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo in it.

Craig Shakespeare levels of madness giving it full time to Unsworth.

Even someone without any knowledge of football would manage to guide them to the top 2 of la liga

The quality of players they have it’s very difficult not to do well!

BK is a delusional old romantic refusing to accept Football has changed. If the team go on a winning streak and shoot up the league then they can argue for Unsworth getting the job FT but his success won't be down to him being a blue and all that sentimental tripe, it'll be because he's a good manager who's getting the best out of this squad.

Under 23s v chelsea under 23s away won 3-0 under unsworth they were unbeaten - they had hazzard playing on his come back won 3-0 with fast football catching a very good team on the break - i am not blithering if you have a look at the under 23s last years Champions - you can see Unsys tactics are poles apart from RK's!
He also manages to win games against the odds is what we need right now give him time!

Oh definitely mate, no one is disputing that. We're in the bottom three right now and a very, very clever coach is going to have work out how to get an Everton side with no decent centre forward playing until January.
