David Unsworth - Temporary Manager

Last night showed that Unsy is not the man. With more clever subbing the rot could have been halted however picking a different starting line up it could have been much better.

Klassen, Martina, Williams, Rooney.(n)

He's just been sacked as he's losing every game so you wanna higher him? lol Christ I do wonder with some of these bizzare shouts.

Let's be practical. Successful clubs want to hang on to their manager. And when managers are available, there is usually a good reason.

Nevertheless, Pulis and Allardyce have proved themselves the best at saving clubs in desperate straits.

But you may not regard us as a candidate for relegation. You may see a different future. See me at the end of the season.

Hope he goes back to under 23s as soon as possible as I'll end up disliking him the way its going

I personally always wanted Silva or Dyche but our situation is now so perilous that previously unpalatable choices do have to be considered extremely seriously, Unsworth carrying on is not an option.

It all comes back to a manager's ability to make the very most and get the absolute maximum from poor quality goods.

Some managers have proven adept at doing so time and time again, unfortunately Unsworth seems to have them playing at a standard a level or five below that of their collective ability.

The defence aren't performing to the sum of their parts.

We're all taken aback by just how poor they've become and how drastically it's happened but I think the individuals we have are capable of much, much better.

Look at Leicester's back 4 when they won the league - Fuchs, Morgan, Huth, Simpson.

Are those 4 defenders miles better than Baines, Keane, Jagileka/Williams, Kenny/Holgate/Martina? I don't think they are and their goalkeeper isn't better than Pickford either.

If we remember the start of that season, Leicester were letting in too many goals. They were scoring them, building confidence, winning games but still letting in too many, so Ranieri drilled the life out of them and in the second half of the season they started grinding results out.

We need a manager to drill our defenders. Standards have slipped massively, maybe it's because they're acting up like school children with a substitute teacher but somebody needs to start whipping bums and taking names. Double, boring, grueling, mind-numbing defensive sessions are what's required.

Of course, we should consider buying new defenders because of the age of 3 of our core defenders, but the ones we have right now can be improved and also the defensive midfield players need to start doing their jobs too. How often have we played 2 holding defensive mids? Yet still teams walk through us.

Indeed, Leicester's fortunes changed when Ranieri replaced full-backs Ritchie de Laet and Jeffrey Schlupp with Danny Simpson and Christian Fuchs. It transformed their uncertain defence.

Well I see no sense in getting in a manager who's been sacked for not being good at what he usually is at... But that's just me

Yesterday proved we aren't good enough at the back to play 442 our defenders were exposed then you had Williams and Coco who barely look like footballers at the moment. It will be back to Morgan/Gana and probably Benni shielding Jags/Keane on Sunday.

We didn't play 442 though
