Played for the club
Gets the club
Managed here successfully at the level below first team
Already managed a PL game for us
Will encourage our own youngsters through
Seems a genuinely good feller

I'd write off this season and give him until January to see what he can do, never mind the four games or so he's been quoted to have been given.

Looks a great call this mate.

Hope he isn't sacked and made to leave the club. Hopefully he can just return to the u23's and carry on his work there. Not his fault he was thrown in to this mess

The only saving grace is that if we’d somehow managed to make it 2-2 or even lost 2-1 he’d probably keep the job as our board don’t seem to understand we’re in a relegation battle if he carries on.

Just get someone. Anyone. We’re going down with him in charge, simple as that.

He's not the man for the job, tactically he's shown it and lost count of the number of corners we've conceded from since he's been in charge.

That said i feel for him, the end of the day he's a fan like us who simply out of his depth and trying to get a shockingly bad squad some results, he's better off working with the younger lads, he's done a good job progressing some the last couple of years and deserves credit for that rather than the stick he could get for this currently.

Couldn't believe he took Johnjoe Kenny off who was without doubt our best defender, for an 18 year old defender when we are losing. Absolute shambolic second half performance. Williams and Keane totally clueless. Just can't believe what i was seeing.
