Results no, but performances (though admittedly patchy), yes. Need a couple of half decent strikers and defenders no matter who is in charge. Hideously unbalanced squad.
Not seeing enough of an improvement to justify him getting the job in my view.
Agree on the unbalanced squad though. That much is clear.

3 games, 3 losses. 1 goal 7 conceded. No improvement for me there I'm afraid.

In a nutshell isn't it mate and it doesn't make great reading.

He needed to hit the ground running to be given a chance and it hasn't happened unfortunately

Im afraid that set up tonight was ridiculous, he talks about Everton needing to be on the front foot yet that was as negative a tactic at Moyes worst and something I find really hard to stomach.

Unsy is a great guy.But we need a proper experienced manager in asap.Good god i think the last time Everton were this bad was back in December 1993, when Jimmy Gabriel was caretaker manager.Oh well that's our Europa League campaign effed.Hopefully we'll have Big Sam in the dugout (what a sad and pathetic situation were in eh?) for this weekend. Our season was goosed when Steve Walsh failed to secure a replacement for Rom.Hopefully someone like Big Sam *shudder* will lead us to mid table obscurity, and then we can readdress the entire situation in the summer.

3 games played, 3 games lost, 1 goal scored, 7 goals conceded, out of Europe. Not a great audition sorry Rhino. He has done a fantastic job with the under 23's but definitely dont want him as permanent manager for the first team. Problems of course existed before he took over and he had a tough run of games so not all his fault. Some of his decisions however have been baffling and we will get relegated if we dont put a genuine quality manager in place soon.

Some have said it was a tough run of fixtues. And yes, 3 away games was never going to be a cakewalk. The 'improvements' here and there don't show me that these players are fighting for him to get the job. Equally these players aren't up to it. Its going to be a monumental job for the new manager to get something out of this group I'm afraid. Unsworth hasn't managed it really.
