Not the same team - Kaboul, who talked Kone through games, left. Kirchoff, their best midfielder, was injured all season. M'Vila was not purchased after his good loan spell. Cattermole was injured most of the season. Khazri came back for pre-season overweight and his attitude was shocking all season.

Add their good forwards Anichebe and Watmore got injured just as the club hit some form and it is not surprise they were going down.

According to the press Big Sam was going to walk out as he was not getting the players he wanted, then England came calling.

It can work both ways that mate tbh Moyes kept us up for years but relegated Sunderland does that mean Sam is better? - there both bad bad appts for a club like us. Take note BK!
