2025/26 David Moyes

Lad your the worst whopper on here going on about agendas and narratives nearly every day when someone doesn’t agree with you, we finished 12 last season no were near relegation
It's not lost on me how you've completely ignored all of the points I made showing you that villa didn't happen overnight either.

Go back to rocking back and forth in the corner of the pub whispering NSNO to yourself.

No, I'm just waiting for you to admit that there was three years Villa took to get settled in midtable before pushing into Europe.

Who do you have picked out to replace Moyes?
3 years ?they went from 14th to 7 th and I’m sure the season they finish 7th they were struggling too early on. I wouldn’t sack Moyes but I wouldn’t just let have a easy ride either

Just ignore the two years in which they invested 250 million quid into the side the two years before they finished 14th.

It's a lazy argument that ignores so much context and reduces it to a single season when it was actually related to the fact their squad had been getting steadily better over the three years previously.

So what would be acceptable finish this season for a muppet like you ?
I think he's not getting sacked unless we finish lower than 12th.

Unless there's a manager who suddenly wants the job they're not going to sack him for mild underperformance when they can just give him another season and summer window.

Apparently Joyce is saying the Friedkin's believes the squad needed a 200 million investment and they didn't achieve that. I'm sure they will be considering that in their evaluation too.

Thats fine...just dont let him make the final decision on transfers- hes not very creative in that department. Likes EPL retreads for their "experience"...Inge, Ward Prowse and Calvin Phillips co.e to mind...
True, but also a Cahill, Baines, Carsley. trust him more than most directors of football we had tbh.
The whole thing around who signed ppl is great / pointless, if there’s ability there Moyes will get it out of him.
I was well against having him back, still never forgive him, always be a part of me that wants rid, but I suck it up because think he is best manager for us right now.
