Love that he basically came out and said him and the players are aiming for Europe even though we might not be there yet. Seems to of been a real shift if Moyes mentality in certain games. Old Moyes was playing backs against the way against Utd and we definitely wasn’t winning 3-0 today.

Did some digging and found out that in the last 10 seasons, of any teams in the top 6 with 24 points or more after 15 games played, pretty much every single one of them went on to qualify for Europe. In fact, no one at all in the top 6 after matchweek 15 has finished outside the top 8. Food for thought

Very happy with Moyes at the helm.

We’ve had an awful run for the last 4 years, Moyes has not only steadied the ship, but completely changed the mindset - we’re no longer relegation fodder, and are now thinking about how high up the league we can finish.

I’m not a season ticket holder, indeed, I spend many of our games quaffing champagne in quality spa hotel resorts, so the quality of football on display is not high priority for me. But knowing Everton are doing well and are competitive is important, because it makes football enjoyable and exciting. We haven’t had that for years, but Moyes has bought it back.
