He’s created a really nice buffer zone with two really difficult fixtures coming up. If we even got 1 point from them two games I wouldn’t be gutted. But I honestly think Moyes boys could take 6 the way it’s going

I wouldn't go that far, he was perfect for what we needed at the time, it's been nearly a decade and he's done great again.

It's also important to remember he's learnt lessons during that time, but let's not be too hasty.

Yep. Don't mind the tough love. We need to be raising the standards across the board which is something he's been clear about since returning, and he's backing it up.

Yes it's all great and lovely Barry got his first goal, pleased for him, but Moyes is right for not accepting 1 goal in nearly 4 months as the norm, regardless of how hard he works.

He is cooking up a good campaign here. His teams always get better in the second half of the season. He’s still got Branthwaite and Rohl to come in, and Barry is off the mark. Every team around us has got Europe and we still have Leeds Burnley Wolves Sunderland Brentford Bournemouth at home to play.

Wouldn‘t have expected us to go on a 4 out of 5 win run after we struggled hard for a few games before.

Good sign that and feels good to to be out of relegation battle and rather able to look towards Europe again at any stage of the season.

Exactly, once we get Chelsea, Arsenal out of the way we have a pretty good run of fixtures until the end of season with no nightmares runs of the hardest games. If we get lucky with injuries and add a couple of players who hit the ground running in Jan we could easily finish top 6.

I weirdly fancy us going to Chelsea. They’re without Caicedo and not playing well. Delap will probably miss the game too. If we can keep Palmer quiet and perform like we did at Old Trafford and Bournemouth then why not.
