2025/26 David Moyes

Yeah but what you have to remember is, that despite 2 years here, and despite his 12+ year career of being a "successful" football manager, and despite his pontificating on some nothing youtube channel about his masterclass seminars for the mentally stunted, absolutely NONE of the failings were Dyche's fault and every single issue was there looonnnnggggg before he got here so it's absolutely nothing to do with him at all.

Glad I could clear that up for you.
Thanks mate, it was a real head scratcher how he'd ended up there really.

A very good manager/coach who will be on the radar of far bigger and better clubs than us. I doubt his dream or masterplan is to work wonders at Palace just to swap one "plucky little club who typically finish bottom half" for another when there will surely be an opportunity to sit at the big boys table.
We are a big club, we just need a manager who realises it.

I'm thankful for the respite too, but not exactly enjoying it as I just don't like the guy.

And yes he was always going to be scrutinised more because we have seen so much of him. He was always going to have to work hard to get the majority of fans really behind him, whilst only having to slip up a little bit to get a good portion of the fans thinking of all his weak points last time around. I personally don't blame the fans for that, I think it is fair to have a strong opinion on a manager you've seen 12 seasons of, and understandable to not have much patience for him when it goes wrong.
That's a very fair assessment
